The challenge: Reduce frustration and streamline the passenger journey
Marseille-Provence Airport (AMP) has become the first airport to reduce the use of wall sockets in favour of innovative mobile solutions such as OneFlash. The aim of this approach is to eliminate groups of travellers gathering around fixed sockets, while promoting mobility and increasing visitor flow in shops. By responding to a European call for tenders, OneFlash has proven its ability to adapt to the specific challenges of an airport and offer a tailor-made solution.
The solution: Tailor-made deployment and outsourced maintenance
OneFlash was selected to equip the airport with more than 120 stations. The deployment was tailor-made: 27 stations, each with 24 batteries, were installed in one month in secure areas and public spaces. In addition, OneFlash has proven its ability to design products tailored to the specific challenges of its customers, ensuring perfect compatibility with their existing equipment.
To guarantee service reliability, OneFlash has acquired expertise in outsourcing maintenance. Three interventions per week are carried out by local partners, under the supervision of the OneFlash team in Paris. This organisation guarantees a reliable service that is constantly operational and meets the high expectations of users.
The results: Increased mobility and passenger satisfaction
After 12 months of experimentation, the statistics for this partnership speak for themselves:
- Fleet: 27 stations with 24 batteries Average usage time: 49 minutes User NPS: 4.50/5
- Average time in use : 49 minutes
- NPS Utilisateur : 4,50/5
These figures demonstrate that the solution has been adopted and appreciated by passengers, thereby validating Marseille-Provence Airport's strategy.
