- Use the integrated map to locate the nearest station.
- Go to the venue and scan the QR code on the station.
- A battery will automatically pop out of its holder : you can take it and start using it !
- Find the nearest OneFlash station via our mobile app.
- Insert the battery into an empty slot from the station, in the right way.
- Wait for confirmation of return in the OneFlash app.
- Automatic refund : once the return has been confirmed, your security deposit will be automatically released.
The refund may take a few working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
If you do not receive the verification text message to complete your registration, here are two things to check:
- Mobile data enabled
- Ensure that your mobile data is enabled. If your phone is only connected to Wi-Fi, you may not receive the SMS.
- Mobile network quality
- Poor network coverage may prevent messages from being received properly. Try moving to an area with a better signal.
If, despite these checks, you still cannot receive the SMS, we will unfortunately be unable to help. Authentication SMS messages are managed directly by Google services, and their operation is beyond our control.

In a shopping centre, a station with 24 batteries generates approximately 100 uses per month.
On average, a battery is used for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
It's very simple: all you need is a standard electrical socket. The station is network-independent (4G) and consumes very little energy.
Cases of theft are very rare. If this happens, it is not your responsibility. We will take care of restocking to ensure the smooth running of the station.
In the event of significant theft, a deposit may be required.
