The challenge: eliminating frustration and smoothing the traveller journey

Marseille Provence Airport (AMP) became the first airport to reduce the use of wall sockets in favour of innovative mobile solutions such as OneFlash. The aim of this approach is to end the clusters of travellers around fixed sockets, while encouraging mobility and increasing footfall in the shops. By responding to a European tender, OneFlash proved its ability to adapt to the specific challenges of an airport and to offer a tailored solution.

The solution: a tailored deployment and outsourced maintenance

OneFlash was selected to equip the airport with more than 120 stations. The deployment was tailor-made: 27 stations, each with 24 power banks, were installed in one month in secure zones and public areas. OneFlash also proved its ability to design products suited to its customers' specific needs, ensuring perfect compatibility with their entire existing fleet.

To guarantee the reliability of the service, OneFlash has built up expertise in outsourcing maintenance. Three visits a week are carried out by local partners, under the supervision of OneFlash's Paris team. This organisation guarantees a reliable service that is always operational and meets users' high expectations.
